60% of facial skin and animal sacrifice. Agreement that one month is deducted from life span everytime the user is found to be replicating another, on top of the detransformation.

contract abilities summary:

Asli can transform herself into any person if skin to skin contact occurs. This entirely shifts her appearance, including any additional sense associations with the transformation target. In addition, limb regeneration! The skin devil will regrow decapitated areas, only this must be used sparingly.
